GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Specifications given below pertain to all equipment manufactured by us :
- All frame work will be in mild steel angles of 35mmx35mmx5mm size. Finished with under coat of red oxide and top coats of aluminium paint. Also in SS 202 if required by customer.
- Tops of all equipment will be of 16 SS 304, front panels of 18 swg SS 304 and vertical panels of 20swg SS 304. All SS used will be of pre finished hairline quality.
- Verticals (legs) shall be of 1.25"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes, cross braces, over shelf uprights of 1"dia.x16swg SS 304, tray slide rails, potrack shelves and equipment under shelves of 5/8"dia.x16swg SS 304.
- Castors of all sizes will be of REXELLO make.
- Electrical air heaters, water immersion heaters used will be of Girish Electrical or P.Khabardar & Sons.
- Electrical internal wiring by Fibreglass/Teflon coated copper wires reinforced with SS wire strands.
- Electrical thermostat controls by German made EGO with SS capilary.
- Electrical switch gear by L&T.
- LPG equipment like burners, pigtails, needle control valves, adaptors etc manufactured by Standard Engineering, Gita Industries or United Works Pvt. Ltd.
- Other hardware like screws, nuts and bolts will be of SS 304 quality.
- Insulation will be of 2"thick imported mineral glass wool blankets of Fibreglass Pilkington or equivalent make.
- All equipment shall be fitted with Nylon bullet feet for easy height adjustment of 3/4".
- All SS welding will be done by argon arc process or electric resistance welding by welding rods of Advani Orlikon make and all joints ground smooth and free of burrs and of homogeneous surface.
- All refrigeration equipment will be fitted with compressors manufactured by Kirloskar, Tekumsha or Sriram industries. American Universal Electric fan motors, PUF insulation, copper tubes for chilling coils.
- Exhaust centrifugal type blowers of heavy guage CRCA sheets, electric motors ofNavjote, Siemens, Crompton make. Other switch gears to be provided by you.
EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS
Specifications of Equipment are given below :
- WORK TABLES : Tops of 16swg SS 304, shelves of 18swg SS 304, ms box frame, uprights of 1.25"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes, cross brace of 1"dia.x16swg SS 304 tube. Sinks of 16swg SS 304.
- RACKS : Uprights of 1.25"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes, shelves of 18swg SS 304.
- COOKING RANGES : Tops of 16swg SS 304, front panel of 18swg SS 304, side and back panels of 20swg SS 304, drip trays of 20swg SS 304. Uprights of 1.25"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes, cross brace of 1"dia.x16swg SS 304 tube. Under shelf of 5/8"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes. Splash back of 20swg SS 304. Pan supports of heavy duty cast iron. LPG system of high pressure LPG burners, copper burner pigtails, forged brass needle control valves, stock bar brass adaptors, manifold made of TATA "C" class heavy duty mild steel tubes. All LPG equipment tested at a 100 psig pressure.
- SINK UNITS : Tops of 16swg SS 304. Uprights of 1.25"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes, cross brace of 1"dia.x16swg SS 304 tube. Under shelf of 5/8"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes. Wall shelves of 18swg SS 304 with SS tube wall brackets.
- POT RACKS : Uprights of 1.25"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes, cross brace of 1"dia.x16swg SS 304 tube. Shelf braces of 5/8"dia.x16swg SS 304 tubes.
- OVEN : Front panel of 16swg/18swg SS 430, side back and top of 18swg SS 430. Inner chamber of 12swg CRCA finished in heat resist paint of 600deg.C. Insulation of glass wool blankets. LPG burners. Electrical thermostat control. MS frame work.
- SERVICE COUNTERS : These will consist of hot cases, baine marie, tops of 16swg/18swg SS 304,front panel of 18swg SS 304. Side and back panels of 20swg SS 304, inner lining of 18swg SS 304. Over shelves and under shelves of 18swg SS 304.
- REFRIGERATION : All deep freezers, refrigerators, bottle coolers, water coolers, ice cream cabinets etc will have a mild steel angle frame, inner shell of 22swg SS 304, outer shell of 20swg SS 304. SS tube legs with bullet feet. Compresssors of appropriate rating, cooling fan motor and condensor. PUF insulation. Lockable doors.
- EXHAUST HOODS : Outer shells of 20swg SS430 with drip lips. SS OPENABLE & ADJUSTABLE baffle type grease filters. SS stiffening angles on top of hoods.
